Kitchen Scrubber is an air washer with a refinement device which is used in cleaning fumes. In this device, the pollutant gas stream is bought in contact with the scrubbing liquid, by spraying it with the liquid, forcing it through a pool of liquid so as to remove the pollutants.

A pressurized Mist is sprayed onto the exhaust fumes which become denser and fall down into the scrubber tank. The runoff is then separated and emptied.
The ESP ionizes the dirt particles with a certain charge. Once charged, the dirt sticks onto the ESP plates. The plates are washed and reused again.
